After scanning a customer's card, Waya shows the action that matches their card type — a stamp, points, or a balance top-up.

Record the visit
- Scan the card
By camera or phone-number lookup.
- Choose the matching action
Stamp cards get add_stamp, points cards get add_points, and balance cards get add_credit.
- Add a bonus, if it's a credit top-up
Balance top-ups can include an optional bonus percentage on top of the amount.
- Confirm
The customer's card updates instantly, on their lock screen and in the app.

What happens if a customer's card type changes later?
The action on Scan always matches the card's current type — if a card switches from stamps to points, staff will see add_points instead of add_stamp going forward.
Is the bonus percentage on a credit top-up required?
No — it's optional. You can add a plain SAR amount with no bonus, or include a bonus percentage on top.
