Active Customers and Week-Over-Week Reads
What 'Active Customers' means on your Home dashboard, and how to compare it week over week using the Insights date range.
Active Customers on your Home dashboard counts customers who are still active under Waya's lifecycle definition.
What counts as active
A customer counts as Active if they've visited within the last 14 days, per your lifecycle health bands. These thresholds are merchant-editable, so your own definition of Active may differ slightly from another shop's. See Lifecycle health bands.

Why "active" is a moving number
Because Active is based on a rolling 14-day window, the number naturally shifts every day as customers cross in and out of it — someone who visited 13 days ago is still Active today, but drops out tomorrow if they don't return. That's normal, not a bug, and it's exactly why a week-over-week comparison built from the Insights date range is more useful than staring at a single day's number.
