Every Waya merchant starts on the free plan — you can sign up and start building a loyalty card without a credit card or a sales call.
Sign up
- Open the signup page
Go to Sign up from any browser, on desktop or on your phone.
- Choose how you'll sign in
Create an account with an email address and password, or continue with your Google or Apple account. All three lead to the same kind of merchant account.
- Pick a username
Type a username; Waya checks that it's available as you type. You can log in later with either this username or your email.
- Accept the terms of service
Waya records your acceptance the first time you sign in, and asks again whenever the terms change.
Why the username matters
Waya checks your username against existing accounts as you type, so you find out immediately if it's taken rather than after you submit the form. Once it's set, you can log back in with either the username or the email you signed up with — whichever is faster to remember.
Signing back in
Log back in with your username or email and your password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same button again — Waya matches you to the same account rather than creating a second one.
If you forget your password
- Start a reset
Use the password reset option on the login screen and enter the email on your account.
- Check your email
Waya emails you a reset link. Open it from the same device or any device with a browser.
- Set a new password
The link opens a page where you set a new password. After that, log in as usual.
If you originally signed up with Google or Apple and never set a password, you can add one from Settings → Account — this gives you a second way to sign in without giving up the OAuth option. The same Account section is where you change an existing password once you know your current one.
What happens right after you sign up
A brand-new account has no shop, no card, and no customers yet — signing up is the first of two steps. Right after you create your account, Waya takes you into the guided Setup Flow, where you name your shop, pick a business type, and publish your first loyalty card. There's no separate step to choose a plan; every account starts on Free, and you can upgrade whenever your business outgrows it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan costs 0 SAR and never asks for a card. You can use Waya indefinitely on Free or upgrade later from Settings → Subscriptions.
Can I use the same login on my phone and my computer?
Yes. Your username or email and password work from any browser or the iOS merchant app.
What happens if my staff need to use Waya too?
You create separate staff sub-accounts for them from the dashboard — they don't share your login. See staff roles and permissions.
What happens right after I finish signing up?
