Searching your customer list
Use the Insights tab's search box to find a customer, or use lifecycle bands and audience targeting to work with a whole group at once.
The fastest way to find one customer is the search box on the Insights tab; to reach a whole group at once, use lifecycle bands or audience targeting instead.
Search for one customer
- Open Insights
Available on Growth and Premium — see customer-list for how this differs from the Free-plan Customers tab.
- Type into the search box
The list narrows to matching customers.
- Open their profile
Click a result to see their recency timeline and activity chart.
Browse by lifecycle stage
The Customers tab, available on every plan, groups your whole base into five bands — New, Active, Slipping, At risk, and Lapsed — with a live count for each. It's a bird's-eye view rather than a search tool; see lifecycle-health-bands for what each band means.
Reach a group with a message
If your goal is to message a whole group — everyone in one lifecycle band, or a hand-picked list — that's done from Notifications rather than the customer list itself. See audience-targeting.
