Saudi-built loyalty for small businesses

Loyalty program software for Saudi Arabia — living in your customer’s wallet

Waya turns your paper punch card into a digital loyalty card that lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Your customer scans a QR code once. No app to install, no point-of-sale integration, no hardware to buy — and it is free forever for your first 100 customers.

No credit card. Your first card is live in about ten minutes.

  • 200+merchants across Saudi Arabia
  • 5,000+cards sitting in customer wallets
  • 4.9/5from 90 merchants
  • 0 SARto run your first 100 customers

What you actually get

Four things decide whether a loyalty program survives its first month: friction at signup, friction at the till, whether anyone remembers the card exists, and whether it looks like you.

Nothing to download

Your customer scans a QR code at the counter and the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in about ten seconds. No app install, no account, no password. On anything that is neither iPhone nor Android, the same link opens a web card that works in the browser.

No POS integration, no hardware

Your cashier opens Waya on the phone already in their pocket and scans the customer’s card. There is no terminal to buy, no till to re-wire, and nothing to certify with your payment provider. Setup is a signup form, not a project.

Reminders on the lock screen

Wallet passes update themselves. When you add a stamp, run a campaign, or a customer walks near your branch, the notification appears on their lock screen — no SMS bill, no phone number handed to a messaging app, no “please open our app”.

A card that looks like your brand

Your colors, your logo, your stamp count, your reward wording — on stamp, points, balance, and discount cards. Multiple branches share one card, and every scan rolls up into one dashboard.

How it works, in three steps

This is the whole system. There is no fourth step where an engineer connects something.

  1. Customer scans your QR code

Print it on a table tent, tape it to the register, or show it on a phone. The QR opens a one-screen form — first name and mobile number, nothing else.

  2. The card is added to their wallet

One tap adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, where it sits next to their boarding passes and bank cards instead of dying in a jacket pocket.

  3. You stamp, they come back

Your staff scans the card on any phone to add a stamp, points, or a redemption. The pass updates instantly and the reward notification hits the lock screen.

Staff can stamp from the Waya web dashboard or the merchant app. Either way it is a phone camera and one tap — the same motion as scanning a boarding pass.

Honestly, versus the alternatives

Saudi Arabia has real loyalty vendors, and several of them are good. The difference is where the bill starts. Every price below is the vendor’s own public pricing as of August 2026 — check it yourself before you decide.

The short version

Niqati is the best-known name and wins most of the search traffic. Btaqa publishes tiers at 108, 250, and 380 SAR a month. OneCup sits around 150 SAR a month, and Watily bundles loyalty into a 149 SAR monthly plan. All of them start with a subscription. Waya starts at zero and stays there until you pass 100 customers — which is exactly the point where a loyalty program has proven it deserves a line in your budget.

Pricing without a sales call

Flat monthly fees in Saudi riyals. No commission on your sales, no per-card charge, no setup fee. Annual billing takes 15% off.

Questions we get asked

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on the phone. Customers on other devices get a web card at the same link. The only Waya app is the optional one your staff can use to scan.

Does Waya connect to my point-of-sale system?

It does not need to. Stamps and points are added by scanning the customer’s card on a phone, so Waya works next to whatever till, cash drawer, or payment terminal you already run. Nothing about your checkout has to change. On Premium you can optionally connect your POS or accounting system — Daftra, Qoyod, Loyverse, Zoho, Wafeq, or Odoo — to automate rewards from real sales.

What happens after 100 customers?

The free tier stops accepting new customers at 100 and at 100 wallet messages a month. Everyone already enrolled keeps their card and keeps collecting. Growth is 85 SAR a month for unlimited customers; Premium is 149 SAR. Both are flat monthly fees — Waya never takes a percentage of your sales.

Is Waya only for Saudi businesses?

Waya is built in Saudi Arabia, prices in Saudi riyals, and supports Arabic and English cards, so it fits the local market best. The wallet technology itself is global: if your customers carry iPhones or Android phones, the card works.

Can I see who is coming back and who stopped?

Yes. The dashboard shows visits, redemptions, first-time versus returning customers, and which regulars have gone quiet, and you can send a win-back message to that group from the same screen.
