The short version
Stamp Me is an Australian loyalty platform used across 50+ countries, priced in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and AUD — but not SAR, and with no Arabic site found as of September 2026. Its tiers run $49 to $199 a month (≈184 to 746 SAR), with a 30-day trial and no free tier.
Its standout feature is native SMS: 3 messages included on the Lite plan, unlimited on Pro and Elite. Waya has no SMS channel at all — every message lands on the wallet lock screen instead.
If SMS delivery is a hard requirement for your customer base, Stamp Me is a real answer. If you want Arabic-first, SAR-priced, geofenced wallet notifications with a free-forever tier, that's Waya.
Notifications, side by side
Notifications are where a loyalty card either earns its keep or sits unused in a wallet. Here is exactly what Stamp Me publishes about its own notification stack, compared field by field against what Waya publishes about ours, as of September 2026.
Prices, features, and limits change — verify anything that matters to your decision on the vendor's own site before you commit.
| Notification feature | Waya | Stamp Me |
|---|---|---|
| Lock-screen push | Apple Wallet (APNs) and Google Wallet, native, no extra app | Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, gated behind their Stamp Business scanner app |
| Geofence | Apple Wallet only, up to 10 branches, 50–500 m radius, zero message quota | Not mentioned anywhere on their site |

Pricing, side by side
Stamp Me's published tiers, compared against Waya's three plans. Where Stamp Me prices outside SAR, the SAR figure is our own approximate conversion for comparison only, not a number Stamp Me publishes.

| Entry | Free — 0 SAR forever, up to 100 customers | Lite — $49/mo, ≈184 SAR; 3 SMS included, basic insights |
| Mid | Growth — 85 SAR/mo, 5,000 messages/mo, up to 10 cards | Pro — $79/mo, ≈296 SAR; unlimited SMS, full member data |

Where Stamp Me is the better pick
We'd rather tell you honestly where the other product wins than pretend Waya is the right fit for every shop.
- SMS delivery matters more to your customers than a wallet lock-screen message — Stamp Me includes it natively, Waya has none
- You run a business outside the Middle East where Stamp Me's USD/GBP/EUR/AUD pricing and lack of Arabic aren't a barrier
- You want gamified rewards — Stamp Me's Scratch & Win mechanic is a named feature Waya doesn't have
- A one-time $15/card publishing fee beyond two included programs is acceptable to you for running more than two loyalty programs at once
Where Waya wins
Stamp Me's own site doesn't mention geofencing at all — a customer walking past a Stamp Me shop gets nothing on their lock screen. Waya's geofence is confirmed and specific: Apple Wallet, up to 10 branches, 50–500 m, at zero message-quota cost.
Waya is also the only one of the two priced in SAR, with a free-forever tier and no card required to start — Stamp Me's cheapest plan is $49/mo (≈184 SAR) after a 30-day trial, and its site shows no evidence of Saudi or Arabic-market presence as of September 2026.
Waya's limits, plainly
State our limits plainly, once: Waya has no POS or till integration, so a staff member scans the customer's card on an ordinary phone; there's no SMS channel, only wallet lock-screen messages; the Android merchant app is still in closed testing, so Android staff use the web dashboard; and the Free plan stops adding new customers and messages at 100 of each, though everyone already enrolled keeps their card.
For a car wash or salon specifically, our car wash guide and salon guide cover the stamp-threshold math Stamp Me's case studies only touch briefly.
Switch to Waya in a week
None of this needs a long rollout or a signed contract to test. A single-branch shop can go from nothing to a working, free program in five to seven working days.
- Day 1: build the card
Pick stamp, points, balance, or discount, add your logo and colors, and choose the Free plan to launch at 0 SAR.
- Day 2: print the QR poster
Print the poster from the dashboard and put it where staff already hand the customer something — a receipt, keys, a bag.
- Day 3: set your branch and geofence
Add your branch address, and on Growth or above set the geofence radius separately from the address text.
- Day 4: turn on the triggers
Turn on welcome, stamp, reward, and the 14-day win-back message, writing each one before you go live.
- Days 5–7: watch enrollments
Track signups and returning customers on the dashboard, and decide whether to upgrade before you hit the 100-customer ceiling.
Frequently asked questions
Is Waya cheaper than Stamp Me?
Yes. Waya is free forever up to 100 customers; Stamp Me's cheapest plan is $49/mo (≈184 SAR) after a 30-day trial with no free tier, plus a one-time $15/card fee for a third loyalty program.
Do customers need an app?
No. A Waya card is an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass added in three taps — scan a QR code, type a first name and mobile number, tap once to add the pass. A device with neither wallet gets a web card at the same link instead.
What happens after 100 customers on Free?
New enrollments and new messages pause once a shop passes 100 customers or 100 messages in a month on the Free plan. Everyone already enrolled keeps their card and keeps collecting stamps or points — nothing already running breaks. Growth at 85 SAR/mo removes both ceilings.
Does Waya connect to my POS?
No. Waya has no point-of-sale or till integration — a staff member scans the customer's card on an ordinary phone, in the web dashboard or the Waya iOS app, and that scan is what counts as a visit.
Does Stamp Me offer a car-wash or salon-specific plan?
Stamp Me has a car-wash case study (Carrera Car Wash in Melbourne, 700+ active customers on a 9-stamp free-wash reward) and a dedicated beauty-salons product page — but no confirmed Saudi Arabia presence, so treat those as international benchmarks, not local proof points.
