Exporting your customer list
On Growth and Premium, the Insights tab has an Export to Excel button that downloads your customer list as a CSV file.
On Growth and Premium, you can download your full customer list at any time from the Insights tab.
Export your list
- Open the Insights tab
Available on Growth and Premium — not on Free. See customer-list.
- Click Export to Excel
The button sits with the rest of the Insights list controls.
- Open the downloaded file
It saves to your device and opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Next steps
Exporting is useful before a big cleanup, before switching plans, or simply to keep an offline backup of your customer list for your own records. There is no scheduled or automatic export — each export is a manual click, and it always reflects your full current list at the moment you download it.
