Connect Qoyod
Generate a Qoyod API key and connect it to Waya so paid invoices award loyalty stamps automatically in the background.
Connect Qoyod so every paid invoice in your Saudi cloud accounting account turns into a stamp on the matching customer's Waya card.
What you need
- An active Premium subscription on Waya
- Access to your Qoyod account's General Settings
Get an API key from Qoyod
- Open General Settings
In Qoyod, open Settings → General Settings.
- Generate the key
Click 'GENERATE API'.
- Copy the key
Copy the key so you can paste it into Waya.
Connect it in Waya
- Open Settings → Apps
In your Waya dashboard, go to Settings → Apps.
- Choose Qoyod
Select Qoyod from the list of connectors.
- Paste the API key
Paste the key you generated into the 'API key' field.
- Save and wait for the first sync
Save the connection. The first sync runs automatically in the background.
Confirm it's working
Open Settings → Apps again a few minutes after saving the connection to check that Qoyod shows as connected. If it still shows disconnected, re-check that the full API key was copied without extra spaces, and generate a new one from Qoyod if needed.
