Delete your account
How to permanently delete your Waya shop, customers, and cards — through the iOS app or WhatsApp support, since the web dashboard has no button yet.
Deleting your account permanently removes your shop, its customers, and its cards — there's no undo, so make sure it's what you want before you start. If you're only pausing, canceling your subscription instead keeps your data intact.
How to delete your account
The web dashboard doesn't have a delete-account button yet. Use one of these two options instead.
- Option A: the iOS app
Open the Waya iOS app, go to Settings, and tap Delete account.
- Option B: WhatsApp support
Message WhatsApp support at +966 50 907 6104 and ask for your account to be deleted. Confirm your shop name so support can find the right account.
What gets deleted
- Your shop and its profile.
- Every customer enrolled on your cards.
- Every card you created.
- Google Wallet objects belonging to your cards are expired, so they disappear from customers' Google Wallet.
