Waya can generate a printable poster or a plain QR code for your card, ready to save as a PDF and print for the counter.

Create a poster

1. Open the poster tool

   From your card, open the poster studio.

2. Pick a layout

   Choose from the bold, card-kit, or custom poster templates.

3. Save as PDF

   Print the poster — Waya uses your browser's Save as PDF option, so you can print immediately or save the file first.

Plain QR code

If you just need the QR code without a full poster — for a sticker, a table tent, or a receipt — print it directly from the card's QR view.

Where to display it

A poster on the counter, near the register, or by the door catches customers while they are already paying attention to your shop. Print a fresh copy whenever you open a new branch or move a register, and check the code still opens the right card after any redesign.

One QR code, many copies

You don't need to generate a new QR code for every register or branch — the same code works everywhere, since it's the branch parameter on the link, not the image itself, that tells Waya where an enrollment happened. Print as many copies as you need from the same poster or QR view, and use the branch parameter if you want to compare how many customers are joining at each location.

Reprinting after a redesign

The QR code and link stay the same for a card's whole life, since the token doesn't expire — redesigning your card's colors, logo, or reward text does not change the code, so posters you already printed keep working after you republish. You only need a new poster if you want it to reflect the visual redesign, not because the old one stopped functioning.
