Where to see your billing history in Waya's dashboard, and what to do since PDF invoice downloads aren't available yet.
Your Billing screen lists every charge StreamPay has made to your shop.
Where to find your invoices
- Open Settings → Subscriptions
In your Waya dashboard, go to Settings → Subscriptions.
- Go to Billing
Open the Billing section.
- Review the list
Each row is a deduplicated StreamPay charge, with its date and amount.
What each invoice shows
- The date the charge went through.
- The amount charged, in SAR.
- Which plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) the charge was for.
Use this list to reconcile Waya charges against your bank or mada statement — the list is deduplicated, so a single billing cycle shows as a single row even if StreamPay retried a payment behind the scenes. If a charge on your statement doesn't appear here, check the date range you're viewing before contacting support.
