Scheduling a Campaign
Set a campaign to launch automatically at a future date and time, and see how Business Hours affects when it actually sends.
Instead of launching a campaign immediately, you can schedule it to start automatically.
How scheduled campaigns run
Once scheduled, Waya's scheduler processes your campaign automatically at the set time — you don't need to be at your desk when it fires.
Working hours
Scheduled campaigns respect your shop's Business Hours the same way broadcasts do: if the scheduled time falls outside those hours, the campaign waits and goes out at the next open slot instead.
Steps
- Build your campaign
Use the Campaign wizard to set kind, audience, and message.
- Pick a date and time
Set the launch time instead of sending immediately.
- Confirm the schedule
Your campaign shows as scheduled until it fires.
Planning ahead
Scheduling is useful for anything you want ready before you need it — set up a Ramadan-hours promo, a weekend multiplier, or a gift campaign timed to a slow week, and let it launch on its own instead of remembering to send it manually on the day.
Next steps
- Set your Business Hours
- Build a new campaign
- Try peak-day autopilot instead
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit a scheduled campaign before it fires?
A scheduled campaign remains pending until its send time, giving you a window to review or adjust it before launch.
Does a scheduled campaign count against my active-campaign limit before it launches?
Concurrency limits govern how many campaigns are active at once; check your plan's limit in Using the Campaign wizard before scheduling several.
