Connect Zoho Books

Connect Zoho Books so paid invoices turn into stamps on the matching customer's Waya card — this connector needs four credentials instead of one, so read the timing note below before you start.

What you need

• An active Premium subscription on Waya
• Admin access to api-console.zoho.com and your Zoho Books organization

Get your credentials from Zoho

1. Open the Zoho API console

   Open api-console.zoho.com.

2. Create a Self Client

   Create a 'Self Client'.

3. Generate a Code

   Generate a Code with the scope ZohoBooks.invoices.READ.

4. Copy your credentials

   Copy the Client ID, Client Secret, and Code.

5. Find your Organization ID

   Get the Organization ID from your Zoho Books settings.

Connect it in Waya

1. Open Settings → Apps

   In your Waya dashboard, go to Settings → Apps.

2. Choose Zoho Books

   Select Zoho Books from the list of connectors.

3. Enter Client ID and Client Secret

   Paste the values into the 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret' fields.

4. Enter the Code

   Paste the Code into the 'Code' field right after generating it, since it's short-lived.

5. Enter the Organization ID

   Paste your Zoho Books Organization ID into the 'Organization ID' field.

6. Save and wait for the first sync

   Save the connection. The first sync runs automatically in the background.
