Search for Waya on the iOS App Store and install it on your iPhone.
- Sign in
Log in with the same username or email and password you use on the web dashboard — it is the same account.
- Pick up where you left off
Your cards, customers, and settings are shared between the app and the web dashboard; changes on one show up on the other.
Android
The Waya merchant app is on the App Store for iOS; the Android app is in early access on Google Play. Until it is fully rolled out, Android merchants manage their loyalty program from the web dashboard in a mobile browser, where every feature is available.
Choosing where to work
Owners who are on their feet often prefer the iOS app for day-to-day checks; anything that needs a bigger screen — designing a card, reviewing analytics, or setting up staff accounts — is comfortable on the web dashboard from a computer. Staff who only need to scan and redeem can do that from either the app or a mobile browser.
