Connect Daftra
Get a Daftra API key and connect it to Waya so paid invoices turn into loyalty stamps automatically in the background.
Connect Daftra to award a stamp automatically every time a customer's invoice is paid, without staff scanning a card.
What you need
- An active Premium subscription on Waya
- A Daftra account and your account subdomain (the part before .daftra.com in your Daftra URL)
Get an API key from Daftra
- Log in to Daftra
Log in to your Daftra account.
- Create the key
Go to Settings → API and click 'Create API key'. Name it Waya so you can recognize it later.
- Copy the key
Copy the key — you'll paste it into Waya in the next step. Keep it somewhere safe until then.
Connect it in Waya
- Open Settings → Apps
In your Waya dashboard, go to Settings → Apps.
- Choose Daftra
Select Daftra from the list of connectors.
- Enter your subdomain
In the 'Your account subdomain' field, type the subdomain only (for example yourshop) — Waya adds the .daftra.com suffix for you.
- Paste the API key
Paste the key you copied from Daftra into the 'API key' field.
- Save and wait for the first sync
Save the connection. The first sync runs automatically in the background and reads invoices paid from this point forward.
