Rewaa and other connectors
Connect Rewaa with a limited-permission user, and learn what Waya doesn't connect to yet — including Foodics, Marn, and POS terminals.
Rewaa is one of Waya's 7 accounting and POS connectors — connect it with a dedicated, limited-permission user rather than your owner account.
What you need
- An active Premium subscription on Waya
- Access to Rewaa's user management to create a new user
Set up the dedicated user in Rewaa
- Create a limited-permission user
Create a new user named Waya with view-sales-only permission.
- Activate the account
Activate the account.
- Note its credentials
Note the user's email and password — you'll enter them in Waya.
Connect it in Waya
- Open Settings → Apps
In your Waya dashboard, go to Settings → Apps.
- Choose Rewaa
Select Rewaa from the list of connectors.
- Enter the dedicated user's email
Type the email address of the limited-permission user into the 'Dedicated user email' field.
- Enter the password
Type the password into the 'Password' field.
- Save and wait for the first sync
Save the connection. The first sync runs automatically in the background.
What's not supported
Waya does not connect to Foodics or Marn. There is also no direct point-of-sale terminal integration — Waya only reads paid invoices from the 7 accounting and POS platforms listed in the connectors overview.
How to request a connector
If you use a system that isn't listed, message WhatsApp support at +966 50 907 6104 with the name of your accounting or POS system. It's logged as a product request — Waya can't promise a timeline, but every request helps prioritize what gets built next.
