Password and sign-in

Whether you signed up with a password, Google, or Apple, you can add or update your password from Settings at any time.

Set a password after Google or Apple sign-up

1. Open Settings → Account

   In your Waya dashboard, go to Settings → Account.

2. Find the Password card

   If you signed up with Google or Apple, the Password card shows an option to add a password rather than change one.

3. Set your password

   Enter and confirm a new password, then save. You can now log in with either your password or your original Google/Apple sign-in.

Change your password

1. Open the Password card

   In Settings → Account, open the Password card.

2. Verify your current password

   Enter your current password to confirm it's you.

3. Set a new password

   Enter and confirm your new password, then save.

Reset a forgotten password

1. Click Forgot password

   On the login screen, click the forgot-password link.

2. Enter your email

   Enter the email address on your account.

3. Open the reset link

   Check your email for a reset link. It opens the password-reset page.

4. Set a new password

   Enter a new password and save.
