Back fields

Back fields are the extra text shown when a customer flips their wallet card over — useful for anything that does not fit on the front.

Add back fields

1. Open the Designer

   Go to the Designer tab and select the card you want to edit.

2. Add a back field

   Add a label and its text — for example your shop's phone number, address, or a short terms line.

3. Publish

   Publish the card, or republish if customers already hold it, so the update reaches their wallet.

What to put there

Back fields work well for information customers check occasionally rather than every visit — contact details, a website, or reward terms. Keep the front of the card focused on the stamp progress and reward.

You can add more than one back field, each with its own label, so a customer who taps or flips the card to look for your address can also see your hours or a short reward-terms line without cluttering the card's main face.

Back fields are optional — a stamp card works fine with none set at all, showing just the front. Add them when you have specific information customers actually ask for, rather than filling the back for its own sake.
