Buy extra messages when you're close to your plan's monthly limit — 500, 1,000, or unlimited packs starting at 5 SAR.
If you're about to run out of your monthly message balance, you can top up with a pack instead of waiting for the next billing cycle.

Packs are billed through StreamPay, the same checkout Waya uses for plan upgrades.
Where to buy a pack
Top-up packs are available from the Store in your dashboard sidebar. If you don't see Store in your sidebar yet, message support on WhatsApp at +966 50 907 6104 and they'll set up a top-up link for you.
How top-ups interact with your plan quota
A top-up pack adds extra messages on top of your existing plan balance for that period — it doesn't replace or reset your normal monthly quota. If you're regularly buying top-ups because you keep hitting your limit, it's usually cheaper over time to move up a plan tier — see Upgrade to Growth or Premium.
