Connect an accounting or POS system
How Waya's Premium integrations turn paid invoices from Daftra, Qoyod, Loyverse, Wafeq, Zoho Books, Odoo, and Rewaa into loyalty stamps.
Waya can read paid invoices from your accounting or point-of-sale software and turn them into loyalty stamps automatically, with no manual scan required.
Where to find it
Open Settings → Apps in your dashboard. The Apps tab is a Premium feature — Free and Growth shops see a locked preview instead of the connect buttons, and your Premium subscription has to be active, not lapsed, for a connector to keep syncing.
The 7 connectors
| Provider | What it is | What you'll paste in Waya |
|---|---|---|
| Daftra | Accounting and business management | Account subdomain + API key |
| Qoyod | Saudi cloud accounting | API key |
| Loyverse | Point-of-sale | Access token |
| Wafeq | ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing | API key |
| Zoho Books | Cloud accounting | Client ID, Client Secret, Code, Organization ID |
| Odoo | Business management system | System URL, database, username, API key |
| Rewaa | Retail point-of-sale | Dedicated user email and password |
How the sync works
- Connect a provider
In Settings → Apps, pick one of the 7 connectors and paste the API key or token you generated on that provider's site. There's no OAuth popup — just a credential you copy in.
- Waya checks automatically in the background
A background job reads your connected provider automatically; a new stamp typically shows up within minutes of an invoice being paid.
- Only paid invoices count
Each sync looks at invoices marked as paid since the moment you connected the provider. Invoices from before that moment are never read.
- One stamp per qualifying invoice
Every paid invoice at or above the shop's minimum amount (15 SAR by default) earns the matching customer exactly one stamp on their Waya card.
- Matched by phone number
Waya matches the invoice's customer to a Waya customer by phone number. If the phone number on the invoice doesn't match the phone number the customer enrolled with, no stamp is awarded.
Where credentials are stored
Your API key or token is stored in a server-only column and is never exposed to the browser. Every read and write to it goes through a Waya edge function running with elevated (service-role) access.
What Waya doesn't connect to
Waya does not connect to Foodics or Marn, and there is no direct point-of-sale terminal integration. If you use one of those systems, see Other connectors for how to request support.
