Using the Campaign Wizard
Build a visit-multiplier or gift campaign with the Campaign wizard, and see how many campaigns you can run at once on your plan.
The Campaign wizard in the Campaigns tab walks you through building a multiplier or gift campaign step by step.
Two campaign kinds
- Visit multiplier — customers earn extra stamps or points for visits made during the campaign window. Useful for a slow period you want to boost, like a weekday afternoon.
- Gift — sends a claimable gift to selected customers. See Gift cards.

| Plan | Active campaigns |

| Free | 0 |
| Growth | 2 |
| Premium | Unlimited |
Campaigns are a paid-plan feature — Free shops can use broadcasts and automatic triggers, but not the Campaign wizard.

Choosing between the two kinds
A visit multiplier is best when you want to change customer behavior over a period — pulling people in on a normally quiet day, or rewarding loyalty around a specific event. A gift is best for a one-time, individual gesture — a birthday, a thank-you, or a targeted win-back nudge to a specific customer rather than a whole segment.
