Deleting a customer
Deleting a customer from your Waya list is available on Growth and Premium. Free plan requests are blocked and require an upgrade.
You can remove a customer's record from your list on Growth and Premium.
Delete a customer
Deleting a customer removes their record from your Waya customer list entirely, including their visit history. Use this when a record was created by mistake, or when a customer asks you to remove their data.
- Open the Insights tab
Available on Growth and Premium. See customer-list for how this differs from Free.
- Find the customer
Search, or page through the list, 50 customers per page.
- Choose delete
This removes the record from your customer list.
- Confirm
Confirm when prompted — this cannot be undone.

You'll see a message telling you this requires a paid plan. Upgrade to Growth or Premium to delete customer records.
Can I undo a deletion?
No — deleting a customer record is permanent. If you might need the data later, export your list first.
